Hamden police seek public’s help in locating missing man

HAMDEN — Hamden Police Department has issued a silver alert for Michael Green, a 30-year-old man reported missing since July 23.

Green was last seen on Universal Drive in North Haven.

He is described as a black male, 5’9″ tall, weighing 180 pounds, with black hair styled in a bun, brown eyes, a scar on his left arm, and a scripture tattoo on his right arm.

At the time of his disappearance, Green was wearing a blue blazer, khaki pants, and a button-down shirt.

Authorities say Green may be driving a black 2014 Chevrolet Camaro with Connecticut registration BJ04662.

The vehicle is noted to have a cracked front bumper and a “Star Wars” logo on the passenger side window.

Police also expressed concern that Green may be confused and in need of medical attention.

The Hamden Police Department is urging anyone with information on Green’s whereabouts to contact Detective Bunnell at 203-230-4000.

Tips can be provided anonymously.

Police have released three photographs of Green to aid in the search.
