Providence man arrested on larceny, credit card fraud charges

NORTH KINGSTOWN — Rhode Island State Troopers apprehended 32-year-old Rushion Willis of Providence on charges including larceny under $1,500 and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

The arrest occurred after troopers conducted an investigation at the barracks and responded to an incident at General Dynamics Electric Boat in North Kingstown, where Willis was taken into custody.

Willis, a resident of 65 River Avenue, was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks for processing.

Following his arrest, he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and subsequently released.
