PROVIDENCE — A Central Falls man was arrested Sunday evening after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a valid license.
At 7:03 p.m. on July 23, Rhode Island State Troopers apprehended Jose Lucario, 59, of 55 Fales Street Apt. 4, following a motor vehicle accident investigation on Charles Street.
Lucario later turned himself in at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
He faces charges for Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage to Attended Vehicle and Driving with an Expired/Without license, marking his fourth or subsequent offense.
Lucario was processed and arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
He was released with a summons to appear for a future arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.
