PLYMOUTH — In a major crackdown on local drug distribution networks, the Plymouth Police Department, with support from the New Hampshire State Police, apprehended four individuals on July 5 after executing a search warrant at a Cummings Hill Road residence.
According to the police press release, the raid was the culmination of an extensive investigation targeting the illegal drug trade within the town.
Officers discovered and seized significant amounts of what they suspect to be fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine.
The individuals taken into custody face various charges.
A 44-year-old is charged with the Sale of a Controlled Drug, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug, and Contempt of Court.
A 29-year-old and a 41-year-old were both arrested for Possession of a Controlled Drug.
Additionally, a 68-year-old faces charges for maintaining a premise where drugs are kept.
Chief of Police Alexander Hutchins stated that the operation was a success and noted that further search warrants and arrests are anticipated as the investigation continues.
