Gouldsboro police seek tips on stolen GPS surveying equipment

GOULDSBORO — Police are investigating the theft of GPS surveying equipment that occurred on June 21 between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. from the entrance road of a local school located at 71 Main Street.

The Gouldsboro Police Department reported that an unknown individual or individuals took the specialized equipment during the late afternoon hours.

The stolen items are essential for the school’s ongoing construction projects.

Authorities are requesting that anyone with information regarding the theft or the whereabouts of the stolen equipment contact the department directly.
