TORRINGTON — The Torrington Police Department has issued a missing person alert for 59-year-old Jose Rosario, who was last seen on June 18 at around 10 a.m. in the area of Workman Avenue.
Jose Rosario, described as a white male of Dominican descent, weighs 169 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches tall.
He has short hair, almost bald, with brown eyes.
When last seen, Rosario was wearing a red tank top t-shirt, shorts of an unknown color, and white and blue shoes.
Authorities are asking anyone with information regarding Rosario’s whereabouts to contact the Torrington Police Department at 860-489-2000.
The police are urging the public to come forward with any details that could assist in locating the missing man.
