NORTH KINGSTOWN — Rhode Island State Police arrested three individuals in separate incidents for charges including disorderly conduct and driving under the influence.
At 10:30 a.m., troopers took David Viens, 29, into custody at the Third District Court following a report of a disturbance.
Viens was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting or tumultuous behavior and simple assault.
He was processed and arraigned at the court where the incident occurred.
Later that night, at 11:40 p.m., Greg Pignolet, 47, of North Kingstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Route 95 in Warwick.
Pignolet faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs with a B.A.C. unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
He was processed at the Wickford Barracks and released to a responsible adult.
Early in the morning, at 2:10 a.m., Zachary Conneely, 23, also from Charlestown, was stopped on Route 95 in Warwick for driving under the influence.
It is Conneely’s second offense, with a B.A.C. between 0.08-0.15, recording 0.141 in Phase I and 0.132 in Phase II.
After processing at the Wickford Barracks, Conneely was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
