BOSTON — Detectives from the Boston Police Department’s District B-2 are asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual connected to a vandalism incident in Dorchester.
The incident occurred around 5:04 p.m. on May 24, when the suspect allegedly slashed the rear driver’s side tire of a vehicle near the intersection of Columbia Road and Geneva Avenue.
Authorities described the suspect as a Dominican male, aged between 20 and 30, with long dreadlocks, last seen wearing a tan shirt.
Witnesses reported that the individual wielded a knife during the act of vandalism.
The suspect is known to frequent the Columbia Road area, specifically between Devon St. and Stanwood St. The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the situation and reviewing evidence.

The department assures that the identities of those who come forward with information in an anonymous capacity will be protected.
