BERKSHIRE — Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks apprehended 50-year-old Shannon Lontine on an active warrant during an investigation on May 17.
The arrest occurred on Montgomery Road where Lontine, a Berkshire resident, was contacted by law enforcement officials.
The warrant for her arrest included charges of buying, receiving, selling, possessing, or concealing stolen property valued at $900 or less on two counts, unlawful trespassing in a building on three counts, and violation of probation.
Lontine was taken into custody without any reported issues and was immediately transported to the Franklin County Superior Court to respond to the charges on her warrant.
