WATERBURY — Vermont State Police arrested a 50-year-old Waterbury man Saturday on multiple felony charges after he was located at a residence on US Route 2.
Gregory Haskins was taken into custody around 12:58 p.m. on an active warrant for failure to appear on charges including conspiracy to receive stolen property, possession of stolen property, accessory after the fact, and aiding in the commission of grand larceny, all involving amounts greater than $900.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks had been alerted to Haskins’ presence and apprehended him without incident.
Following the arrest, Haskins was transported to the Northwest State Correctional Facility.
The arrest stems from Haskins’ alleged involvement in activities related to receiving and concealing stolen property and aiding in grand larceny.
The Vermont State Police have not released further details about the underlying incidents leading to the arrest warrant.
