PROVIDENCE — A series of arrests were made by the Rhode Island State Police over the weekend, involving charges ranging from obstruction of an officer to driving under the influence.
On the night of May 17, Kendra M. Frink, 20, of Pawtucket, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant that included charges of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, providing a false document to a public official, and driving after suspension of a license.
The warrant originated from the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Frink turned herself in at the state police headquarters and was processed, arraigned, and then released pending a court appearance at the Sixth Division District Court.
Later, in the early hours of May 18, Dinaurys D. Arias Ulloa, 29, of Providence, was stopped on Route 6 and subsequently arrested for forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates and giving a false document to a public official.
Ulloa was processed at the state police headquarters, arraigned, and then released pending a future court date at the Sixth Division District Court.
Shortly thereafter, at 1:54 a.m., Isaiah M. Diaz, 27, of Pawtucket, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs and reckless driving after a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue in Cranston.
Diaz’s blood alcohol content was recorded between .10 and .15.
He was processed at the state police headquarters, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.
