EDEN — A S. Burlington man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash late Thursday night.
On May 16 at approximately 10 p.m., Troopers with the Vermont State Police Williston Barracks were called to the scene of a collision at the intersection of Route 100 and 118.
Upon arrival, they discovered the vehicle in a ditch.
The driver, identified as 24-year-old Noah Barton of S. Burlington, showed signs of impairment.
After conducting a roadside investigation, Barton was taken into custody for DUI.
Barton was processed at the Williston Barracks and subsequently released with a citation to appear before the Lamoille County Superior Court to respond to the DUI charge.
The court date is yet to be scheduled.
