JEFFERSONVILLE — A Waterville man was arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly breaking into a local construction business, state police said.
Troopers responded to a burglary report at GW Tatro Construction at approximately 5:56 a.m. where they found evidence of forced entry, with damage to the property and several items missing, including company tee shirts and a winter jacket.
Nathan Lynch, 28, was identified as the suspect through the investigation.
Police located and apprehended Lynch without incident.
Lynch was released with a citation to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court Criminal Division on May 22 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges related to the burglary.
