SPRINGFIELD — On May 9 at approximately 7:11 a.m., Springfield Police, in collaboration with several other agencies, conducted a joint operation on Valley Street which led to the arrest of Elise Nuccio.
She was located and taken into custody for allegedly having an active in-state arrest warrant.
Nuccio was subsequently transported to the Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit, to address her arrest warrant.
Authorities clarified that decisions regarding bail and incarceration are managed by the Judicial System, including judges, court clerks, and the State Attorney’s Office.
