FERRISBURGH — Vermont State Police cited a 52-year-old Essex Junction man for multiple violations following a late-night traffic stop on May 12.
Norman J. Byam was pulled over on US Route 7 near Little Chicago Road after police observed a motor vehicle violation.
During the stop, authorities determined Byam was in breach of his court-ordered conditions of release and was operating with a criminally suspended license.
Furthermore, the vehicle Byam was driving lacked the required ignition interlock device.
Byam was released with a citation and is scheduled to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division to face the charges.
