WEST HAVEN — Crews are on the scene at Bruneau’s Garage Inc, where a vehicle rolled over and off Interstate 95 North near Exit 42 around 4 a.m. on Mother’s Day, following an incident where it reportedly struck a pedestrian.
The conditions of the pedestrian and any occupants of the vehicle are currently unknown.
