ENOSBURG — Vermont State Police arrested 32-year-old Cody Sheperd on the evening of May 3 after responding to reports of suspicious activity on Stonehouse Road.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks arrived at the scene and upon contacting Sheperd, discovered he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
The warrant listed charges including first-degree aggravated domestic assault, first-degree aggravated domestic assault with a weapon, and domestic assault.
Sheperd was taken into custody at approximately 8:21 p.m. without incident.
He was transported to Northwest Correctional Facility where he was held for lack of $1,000 bail.
