WATERTOWN — A bomb threat targeting Watertown Public Schools prompted a swift response from local authorities today, as the Watertown Police Department collaborated with school officials and government agencies to assess the potential danger.
The threat, which was received earlier in the day, led to an extensive evaluation by the Watertown Police Department, alongside partners from local, state, and federal levels of government.
After a thorough investigation, officials determined that the threat was not credible, allowing the school district to resume its regular activities.
