EAST GREENWICH — A Rhode Island man was taken into custody late Thursday night after police said he made crank or obscene phone calls.
Troopers arrested Xavier Reyes-Rodriguez, 38, of Providence, at about 11:20 p.m. on April 25, following a motor vehicle stop on Route 95.
Reyes-Rodriguez was wanted on an affidavit and arrest warrant originating out of the West Greenwich Police Department.
After the stop, Reyes-Rodriguez was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed.
He was then turned over to the West Greenwich Police Department.
