HAVERHILL — The Haverhill Police Department issued a plea to the public today for assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old girl, Jazzabelle Recio, who has been classified as an endangered juvenile.
Jazzabelle, with a birthday of July 7, stands at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds, having a small build.
She has brown eyes and distinctive black hair with blonde highlights at the front.
She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt branded “Essential.” The police have not provided information on when or where Jazzabelle was last seen.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Jazzabelle’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Haverhill Police Department at 978-373-1212.
