ALBURGH — Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a report of a possible violation of conditions of release on Blair Road, April 8 at 5:29 p.m.
Upon arrival, police located Lee Collins, 43, near his residence.
Following an investigation, it was determined that Collins had violated his court-ordered conditions of release by consuming alcohol.
Collins was issued a citation to appear in court on charges related to the violation.
The date for his court appearance has not been disclosed.
