DERBY — An investigation is underway after a burglary was reported at a residence on Mcinnis Drive, according to Vermont State Police.
On April 9, at about 9:10 a.m., police responded to a call from 76-year-old Kalman Saffran, who reported that several pieces of artwork, including paintings, had been stolen from his home.
Authorities said the perpetrator forcibly entered Saffran’s residence and removed the various artworks.
Detailed descriptions of the stolen items are expected to be released as the investigation progresses.
The Vermont State Police are actively seeking information and have urged the public to come forward with any relevant details.
