HOLLAND — A local man was arrested Saturday morning following a reported domestic assault on Mead Hill Road, according to the Vermont State Police.
Authorities received a call at 10:42 a.m. regarding the incident.
The investigation revealed that 45-year-old Kevin Kinney had assaulted a member of his household.
Kinney was taken into custody and processed at the Derby Barracks.
After the processing, he was released on a citation.
The Vermont State Police, adhering to their policy, did not release the name of the victim.
The case remains under investigation, police say.
