PITTSFORD — A 64-year-old Pittsford woman was arrested on charges of domestic assault on Feb. 23 after state police responded to a family fight.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Rutland Barracks were called to a residence on Whistle Stop Lane at about 2:03 p.m. for a report of a family fight.
Eileen Willis was taken into custody after an investigation found she had allegedly caused pain and/or bodily injury to a family or household member.
Willis was transported to the Rutland Barracks to be processed.
Willis received conditions of release and is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division, to face her charges at a later date.
The Vermont State Police did not release the name of the victim in accordance with their policy on domestic violence incidents.
