Juvenile faces multiple charges after clocking 110 mph on I-93 in Bow

BOW — A 17-year-old driver was charged with speeding, reckless driving, and transporting alcohol after being clocked at 110 mph on Interstate 93 North on Feb. 4.

The New Hampshire State Police Special Enforcement Unit, utilizing State Police aircraft, observed the 2015 Toyota Highlander weaving through heavy traffic at high speeds.

Upon stopping the vehicle, troopers found five additional passengers, with several being juveniles, and alcoholic beverages inside the car.

The juvenile operator was taken into custody and later released on their own recognizance by a Bail Commissioner.

The individual is scheduled to appear in the 6th Circuit Court – District Division Concord on March 15 at 8 a.m.

During the incident, three other juveniles were taken into protective custody.
