UNDERHILL — A local man was arrested early Thursday morning after police responded to a dispute and found he had violated his conditions of release.
The Vermont State Police were called to a disturbance in Underhill at 1:49 a.m. where they discovered 22-year-old Kenneth Reynolds had breached the terms set by the court.
Reynolds, a resident of Underhill, was taken into custody without incident.
Following his arrest, Reynolds was processed at the Williston State Police Barracks.
He was subsequently released with a citation and is scheduled to appear at the Chittenden County Superior Court, Criminal Division, later the same day at 8:30 a.m. to face charges for his violation.
