LOWELL — A Lowell man was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a household or family member after an alleged incident in Dracut on Nov. 15.
Corey Robinson, 46, appeared in Lowell District Court on Nov. 16, facing two counts in connection with the alleged assault of a female victim known to him.
During the arraignment, a dangerousness hearing was also held before Judge Michael Fabbri.
Judge Fabbri found Robinson dangerous but ordered his release under strict conditions.
Robinson is required to obey all laws, comply with court orders, and is prohibited from possessing firearms or weapons.
He must not leave Massachusetts, is ordered to surrender his passport, maintain employment, and is barred from contacting or abusing the victim.
Additionally, Robinson will be monitored via a GPS device.
The case is set to continue with the next court date scheduled for Jan. 11.
