RUTLAND — A 61-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Rutland on Tuesday.
Authorities say they were notified that Ralph Morale Jr., of Rutland, was in violation of an abuse prevention order at around 10:25 p.m.
Police say they located Morale at the home of the protected party.
Police say that Morale was in violation of several court-ordered conditions of release.
Police identified Morale as a habitual offender, as he has 7 felony convictions.
Furthermore, he had an active arrest warrant for a previous violation of abuse prevention order 2nd or subsequent offense, and violation of conditions of release.
He was placed under arrest and transported to NERCF.
