CABOT — A 56-year-old woman from Plainfield was cited for unlawful mischief following an incident in Cabot last month.
On September 5, authorities say they were notified of a vandalism at around 1:30 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Angela Hemwall intentionally damaged several oak seedlings belonging to a 59-year-old resident of Cabot.
Police say this incident was part of an ongoing personal dispute between Hemwall and the victim.
Yesterday, Hemwall was issued a citation for the offense.
