HUBBARDTON — A 51-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Hubbardton on Saturday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault on Murphy Drive at around 6:15 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Scott Goetz committed the offenses of 1st and 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault.
Police also say that Marylou Trombley, 73, of Castleton, committed the offense of domestic assault.
Trombley was released with court-ordered conditions to appear in court and Goetz was held without bail.
