DERBY — Community National Bank (CNB) in Derby celebrated another successful blood drive on October 3, collecting a substantial 50 pints of blood. The Red Cross indicates that each pint has the potential to save up to three lives, positioning CNB’s efforts to potentially benefit 150 individuals.
With approximately 29,000 units of red blood cells needed daily across the U.S., such community-driven efforts play a critical role in meeting these demands. CNB expressed its gratitude to every volunteer and donor who contributed to the event’s success.
