ST. JOHNSBURY — A 59-year-old man was arrested for DUI drugs following an incident in St. Johnsbury yesterday.
Police say they observed a disabled motor vehicle on the off-ramp of exit 21 on I-91 at around 6:00 p.m.
While speaking with the driver, identified as Scott Lapoint, of St. Johnsbury, police say they observed indicators of impairment.
The driver was screened for impairment, and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI-drug.
