ENOSBURG — A 31-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Enosburg last month.
On August 29, authorities say they were notified of a retail theft at the Beverage Gallery on Main Street.
Following an investigation, police allege that the suspect was found to be Brandon Bergeron, of Enosburg.
On September 27, Bergeron was arrested for unrelated charges and processed at the St. Albans barracks.
He was given a citation to appear in court on October 24 to face the charge.
