WALTHAM — A 28-year-old man from Middlebury was arrested following an incident in Waltham yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a restraining order violation on Maple Street at around 6:00 p.m.
Police allege that Jacob D. Burmania violated his court-ordered abuse prevention by entering the lands/premises of a home on Maple Street.
Burmania was taken into custody without incident and transported to the New Haven barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
