WATERBURY — A 51-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Waterbury on September 16.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of court orders on Loomis Hill Road at around 1:30 a.m.
Police allege that John Neville, of Waterbury, was in violation of numerous court-ordered conditions of release and in violation of a court-ordered abuse prevention order.
Neville was unable to be located yesterday.
He was later located during another incident and lodged at Northeast State Correctional Facility for that incident.
Yesterday, troopers issued Neville a citation for the charges at the Northeast State Correctional Facility in St. Johnsbury.
