SALISBURY — A 27-year-old man from Waterbury was arrested for DUI following an incident in Salisbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a suspicious vehicle on Pomainville Road at around 3:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, police say they identified the driver as Julio Matavaca-Ramirez.
While speaking with Matavaca-Ramirez, police say they observed indicators of impairment.
He was screened and taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
He was transported to the Vergennes Police Department for processing and later released with a citation to appear in court at a later date to answer for the charge.
