SUTTON — A 24-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Sutton.
Authorities say they were notified of ongoing domestic violence at a home on US Route 5 at around 11:10 a.m. on September 18.
Following an investigation, police allege that Cody Ridgway, of Sutton, committed the offenses of domestic assault and 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault against a domestic partner.
Ridgway was processed at the St. Johnsbury barracks and released on conditions to appear in court on September 21 to answer the charges.
Police say this case remains under investigation.
