CHESTERFIELD –– A massive search is underway for a 79-year-old man who hasn’t been seen or heard from since he left home with his two dogs at 2:30 p.m.
The search is focused on Old Swanzey Road, approximately three-quarters of a mile south of Tuttle Road.
The Chesterfield Police, New Hampshire Fish and Game, several fire departments, Rescue Inc, and K-9 search teams are all participating in the search.
Residents in the area are warned to be aware of the numerous first responders who are out on foot or riding in ATVs.
The missing man was last seen wearing a baseball cap, blue fleece, and blue jeans.
