ORANGE — A 53-year-old man from Topsham was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in Orange.
Authorities were notified of a two-vehicle crash on US Route 302/Prechtl Road at around 5:40 p.m. on September 15.
Police say one of the driver’s fled the scene of the crash without stopping.
This driver was later identified as Marc Wehmeyer.
Wehmeyer was issued a citation to appear in court on a later date and time.
