ARLINGTON — A 39-year-old man from Manchester was arrested for DUI following an incident in Arlington on Monday.
Authorities say they were notified of two individuals who were attempting to fight customers and appeared to be intoxicated at Stewart’s at around 7:20 p.m.
Upon arrival, police located Carlos Apuhango who was identified as one of the individuals causing the problem.
While speaking with Apuhango who was in his car, police say he showed multiple signs of impairment.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI without incident and transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
