MANCHESTER –– The Manchester Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Daniel Richland, a 32-year-old suspect involved in a recent domestic incident.
Richland is believed to be operating a stolen white 1996 Dodge Ram with a black dump body, bearing Vermont truck registration BGY897.
He is facing charges of 1st-degree aggravated domestic assault, interference with access to emergency services, and kidnapping.
Despite actively pursuing various leads, the department is seeking additional assistance from the community to determine Richland’s current whereabouts.
The authorities released this plea on Monday, Sept. 18.
