ORANGE — A 56-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident in Orange today.
Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute on Helgesen Road at around 7:45 a.m.
Police allege that Michael Bernier, of Orange, engaged in tumultuous behavior.
Bernier was issued a citation to appear in court for the offense.
