FAIRFIELD — A 60-year-old man was arrested for DUI and drugs following an incident in Fairfield yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a car parked in the road of Swamp Road at around 2:00 p.m.
Police say that Joseph Magnan, of Fairfield, was asleep at the wheel and determined to be under the influence.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in court on October 16.
