CONCORD — An 18-year-old man from Peacham was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Concord on Monday.
The crash took place on US Route 2, near Wesley Road, at around 7:00 p.m.
Power lines were down across all of Route 2 blocking both lanes of travel for several hours.
The driver was identified as an 18-year-old who was not wearing a seatbelt.
Troopers suspected the driver was under the influence and the investigation was continued.
He was transported to Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital for minor injuries.
Police are still investigating this crash.
