PLYMOUTH — A 53-year-old man was cited for violation of an abuse prevention order following an incident in Plymouth earlier this month.
On August 7, authorities say they were notified of a restraining order violation on Vermont Route 100 at around 6:50 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Michael Hirschbuhl was in violation of an abuse prevention order by being within 300 feet of the protected parties’ residence.
Hirschbuhl came to the Rutland barracks yesterday to receive a citation for court at a later date and time.
