WATERBURY — A 51-year-old man is facing multiple charges following an incident in Waterbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that John Neville, of Waterbury, was in violation of his conditions of release on Loomis Hill Road at around 2:30 a.m.
Following an investigation, police say that numerous victims of various offenses, including violation of conditions of release, violation of abuse prevention order, unlawful mischief, and noise in the nighttime, were located.
Following a court appearance regarding an unrelated case, Neville was cited to appear in court to answer to the charges of violation of conditions of release, violation of abuse prevention order, unlawful mischief, and noise in the nighttime.
He was released.
