MONKTON — A 34-year-old woman from Bristol was arrested for her second DUI following an incident in Monkton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle off the road on Bristol Road at around 5:10 p.m.
Upon arrival, the driver was identified as Sarah Luke.
While speaking with Luke, police say they detected multiple indicators of impairment.
Luke was screened, taken into custody, and transported to the New Haven barracks.
During processing, she refused an evidentiary test.
She was released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.
