WALLINGFORD — A 33-year-old man from Killington was cited for petit larceny following an incident in Wallingford.
On July 11, authorities say they were notified of a theft of a firearm and cash from an unlocked vehicle at around 8:00 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Zachary Lapoint stole the items.
Yesterday, Lapoint was located by Killington Police Department and was issued a citation to appear in court on September 11 for the charges.
