LONDONDERRY — A 50-year-old man was cited following an incident in Londonderry yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible violation of conditions of release on Route 11 at around 2:55 a.m.
Police allege that Jason Colburn, of Londonderry, had violated his conditions.
Colburn is cited to appear in court on June 26 to answer the charge.
