SANBORNTON — Local residents have been urged to be on the alert following reports of an erratic man emerging from the woods in the area of Woodman Road and Oak Hill Road.
The Sanbornton and Meredith Police units, with assistance from New Hampshire State Police, have ramped up patrols in response to this incident.
A resident reported the male, described as in his 30s and wearing a white T-shirt, to the police, stating that his behavior was unusual and that he was not known to the local community.
A K-9 unit was deployed to thoroughly sweep the area but made no contact with the man in question.
Despite this, authorities have urged residents to remain vigilant and report any unusual activities immediately.
The Sanbornton and Meredith Police units will continue with extra patrols in the area to ensure community safety.
